Over the past decade, the Fuller Youth Institute (FYI)
has studied more than 250 thriving churches to explore:

This research identified 6 essential commitments that
help churches build more vibrant, intergenerational communities of faith.
CCST Vancouver, in partnership with FYI and with support from HKCCC,
to launch the first “Growing Young” cohort in Vancouver.
We warmly invite you to join this journey of learning together
- Learn and share alongside Mandarin, Cantonese, and English-speaking congregations.
- Receive direct coaching from Fuller Youth Institute-trained professional leaders.
- Design a contextualized transformation plan for your congregation.
- Implement and promote church renewal, build leadership teams, and foster a vibrant church culture.

In-Person Classes: Learn to integrate and practice the six Growing Young core commitments within your ministry.
