Description: This is an integrated subject for senior students. It focuses on the church community and
runs through God’s work on earth, including the original creation community, the sinner
community, and the Israel (Law) community. It also provides a comprehensive
understanding of the church community, including the creation of God the Father in Christ
through the Holy Spirit, the ultimate destination, and the necessary activities in this world:
worship, preaching, sacraments, social relations, missions, and the relationship with the
government. This allows students to have a comprehensive understanding of the nature,
ministry, and mission of the church community before entering the workplace.
這是一科給高年級學生的整合性科目，以教會群體為焦點，貫穿上帝在世的工作，
包括原初創造群體、罪人群體、以色列（律法）群體，並全面了解教會群體，包括
父上帝在基督裡透過聖靈的創造、終極的去向，以及此世的必要活動：崇拜、宣講、

Description: 本科論述歐洲及美洲教會為主，探討自十五世紀初至二十世紀末(1500-1990)，即由宗
教改革至現代社會及教會所經歷的挑戰與變化。除了陳述西方社會世俗化的走向，科學主
義、民族主義及現代文化對教會的沖擊，也分析教會各種制度的演變及神學思想的發展。
本科幫助同學系統掌握從宗教改革到現代的教會發展歷史，並深化我們對教會與社會
之間互動的認識，以至於在當代社會，基督教能夠彰顯公共見證，進而表達對社會的適切
關懷。學生也可以更好的理解現代神學思想的發展脈絡。
Students will acquire an understanding of the church history from the Reformation till the
modern times. We will be more aware of the interactions between the church and our society. As
a result, we will learn to witness our faith in the society and appropriately expresses concerns
about it. Students will also have a better understanding of the development of modern theological
thoughts.
This course explores the changes and challenges that the society and church in Europe and
America experienced from the Reformation till the end of the twentieth century (1500-1990). A
focus will be on how the church is influenced by secularization, scientificism, nationalism, and
modernism. We also discuss the changes of different systems in church and the development of
theological thoughts of this period.

Description: This course provides an overview of the books in the New Testament collection in terms of their
historical, social, and cultural contexts. The theological themes of the books are emphasized. Students
are also introduced with the critical methods of biblical studies and the ways that the methods can be
used to get a closer understanding of the New Testament.

Description: 本課程旨在探討靈命塑造的聖經基礎與神學框架，並透過個人與群體的屬靈操練，
幫助學生建立整全（holistic）的靈命成⾧模式。課程結合理論講授與實踐操練，以
聖經為根基、神學為反思，深入理解靈命塑造的本質與歷程。學生將被引導效法基
督的性格與品格，活出基督的形像，並在教會與事奉中實踐「生命影響生命」的事
奉模式。
This course explores the biblical foundations and theological framework of spiritual
formation. Through both personal and communal spiritual practices, students will develop
a holistic model of spiritual growth. Integrating theoretical instruction with practical
exercises, the course is grounded in Scripture and informed by theological reflection,
guiding students to understand the nature and process of spiritual formation. Students will
be encouraged to emulate the character of Christ, embody His likeness, and practice a
ministry model of “life influencing life” within the church.
